Abstract(s)
Neste projeto interventivo, intitulado: O Coordenador Pedagógico enquanto
escolar do aluno.
comprometendo, desta forma a qualidade do trabalho docente e a construção do sucesso
escolar.
Much has been said about the work of the pedagogical coordinator within the schools and about the accomplishment of their work, through the challenges and conflicts they face in their daily lives. This professional has been assigned the responsibility of following all stages of the teaching work contributing to the continuous improvement of the teaching and learning process and, consequently, to the improvement of the result presented by the student. In this intervention project, entitled: The Pedagogical Coordinator as Teaching Worker and his Contributions to School Success: a case study at a private school in Brazil, it was intended to investigate the practices of pedagogical coordination, within a school of the Rede Particular do Brasil, verifying if the way these professionals organize their routine and act, as leaders and managers within their activity, contribute effectively to the success of the student's school. As a research methodology, we used the Case Study with the mixed method that addressed both quantitative and qualitative questions, in which a semi-structured questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument. The study pointed to the fact that many times, the pedagogical work is hampered by bureaucracy and external and internal factors to the school context. Above all, the lack of time for the implementation of pedagogical activities among teachers in relation to the planning, evaluation and training of teachers, thus compromising the quality of teaching work and building school success.
