Abstract(s)
O presente projeto de graduação, recorre à revisão da literatura, para desta forma
fomentar o estudo do Crime de Maus Tratos contra os Idosos, sendo possível realizar uma
análise ao Moledo Integrado do Policiamento de Proximidade.
Numa primeira análise, será realizada uma breve abordagem sobre o processo de
Envelhecimento, no que toca ao seu conceito e tipologias associadas, uma vez que se trata
de uma realidade ainda por se aprofundar a diversos níveis.
Posteriormente, é feito um estudo acerca do Crime de Maus tratos contra a pessoa
idosa, sendo por isso necessário referir o conceito (embora haja uma falta de consenso na
sua definição), identificar as tipologias associadas para assim estabelecer um
enquadramento jurídico-legal, para desta forma complementar o acima referido. Ainda
nesta fase é possível estabelecer uma ligação entre diversos fatores de risco e suas teorias
que de alguma forma impulsionam esta prática criminal.
Por ultimo, apesar de o Crime de Maus Tratos contra a Idosos, ser o tema central
deste projeto, haverá também uma focalização no Modelo Integrado de Policiamento de
Proximidade como modelo de prevenção, no que toca à sua prática e eficácia.
O projeto, tem como opção metodológica, o método qualitativo, exploratório
através da realização de uma entrevista semiestruturada, com a finalidade de ser aplicada
futuramente, não só a nível local como nacional.
This graduation project uses a literature review to promote the study of the Crime of Ill-Treatment against the Elderly, and it is possible to carry out an analysis to the Integrated Moledo of Proximity Policing. In a first analysis will be carried out a brief approach on the process of Aging with regard to its concept and associated typologies, since it is a reality still to be deepened at several levels. Subsequently, a study is carried out on the Crime of Ill-treatment of the Elderly, so it is necessary to mention the concept (although there is a lack of consensus in its definition), to identify the associated typologies in order to establish a legal Thus complementing the above. Even at this stage it is possible to establish a connection between several risk factors and their theories that somehow drive this criminal practice. Finally, although the Crime of Ill-treatment against the Elderly, being the central theme of this project, there will also be a focus on the Model Integrated Proximity Policing as a prevention model, in terms of its practice and effectiveness. The project has as a methodological option the qualitative method, exploratory through a semi-structured interview, with the purpose of being applied in the future, not only locally but also nationally.
