Resumo(s)
Este artigo inscreve-se no âmbito do pensamento artístico contemporâneo. Pretende reflectir
acerca das contaminações de linguagens nos territórios da arte, nomeadamente entre o
fílmico e a pintura, cujas relações intertextuais tornam-se ambíguas, abrindo-se à polissemia
de sentidos. Toma-se como análise um caso paradigmático destas questões, Julião Sarmento,
cujas obras desconstroem fronteiras artísticas entre o cinema e as artes visuais. Sarmento,
subverte referenciais e modos operativos na criação artística, numa perspectiva existencial,
exercita territórios do desejo em múltiplas dimensões. This paper is related to the contemporary artistic thought. It aims at reflecting about the
contaminations of the languages in the fields of art, namely between what film and painting
languages are concerned. These intertextual relationships become ambiguous, allowing a
polysemy of meanings. A paradigmatic case of these questions is Julião Sarmento, whose
paintings shade off artistic frontiers between cinema and visual arts.
Sarmento subverts the referencial system and the operative way in the artistic creation. Furthermore, in an existencial perspective he experiences the territory of desire in multiple dimensions.
