Abstract(s)

Work is a significant part of an individual’s life that affects mental health and well-being. The achievement of well-being is one key factor of a positive work environment. Although psychologists’ well-being has often been conceptualized in ways that highlight each individual’s responsibility to maintain their well-being, the work context may well affect the experience of compassion, fatigue, and burnout (Thompson et al. 2014), because the practice of psychology can be chanllenging and emotionally exhausting (Barnett et al. 2007, Lee et al. 2011).
