Abstract(s)
The objective of this work was to carry out a comparative analysis of operational management prac-tices in onshore oil and natural gas producing fields to meet the requirements of the SGI: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and technical regulations of operational safety management systems (RTSGSO) and structural integrity of productors well and injector well installations (RTSGI and RTSGIP), defined by the National Petroleum Agency (ANP) in Brazil. The methodology was an exploratory and descriptive research, with a quali-quantitative, bibliographic, documentary approach, a multiple case study method in 5 (five) pro-ducing fields “A”; “B”; “C”; “D” and “E”. In the results of the comparative analysis of category A-KTM on knowledge transfer and management for own employees and contractors in the producing fields, a total of 175 responses was obtained, with 76 (43%) “not conform” responses, with relevant amounts and percentage values of deviations in all fields. The results of category B-PIW on the integrity of the installations and safety of operations of wells, with a total of 310 responses, 146 (47%) of which are “not conform” responses, with producer fields “B”, “C” and “D” being the most critical, with an average equal to 35 (55%) “not conform” responses. It is concluded that all the producing fields “A”; “B”; “C”; “D” and “E” presented similar values of “not conform” variables, being systemic in category A-KTM, as well as in category B-PIW, with higher mean values of “not conform” variables observed in producer fields “B”; "C" and "D", both with potential risks of incidents, accidents, near misses, non-conformities in internal and external audits and with probability of in-fraction notice / multi-million fines by the regulatory and supervisory agency ANP in Brazil.
