Abstract(s)
O presente estudo na área das Necessidades Educativas Especiais (N.E.E.) no âmbito da
Intervenção Precoce (IP), tem como objectivo geral analisar a satisfação das famílias
apoiadas pelas equipas de Intervenção Precoce de Setúbal Norte, na perspectiva de
intervenção centrada na família,
O estudo desenvolveu-se nas Equipas Locais de Intervenção (ELI’S) de Setúbal Norte,
Almada, Seixal, Moita e Barreiro. Foram inquiridas 105 famílias (de um total de 320),
que são apoiadas por estas ELI’s e 38 técnicos.
Esta investigação foi efetuada através de um estudo descritivo, tendo sido utilizada uma
metodologia mista, quantitativa e qualitativa, de forma a analisar a satisfação das
famílias, utilizando-se o inquérito por questionário, e a entrevista para a recolha de
dados sobre as práticas centradas na família.
Foi utilizada a Escala ESFIP-Escala Europeia de Satisfação das Famílias em
Intervenção Precoce. Foram ainda efectuadas entrevistas ao coordenador de cada uma
das equipas de IP de forma a explicitar qual o modelo de intervenção utilizado pela
mesma.
Os resultados desta investigação indicam o elevado grau de satisfação das famílias pelo
trabalho desenvolvido pelas ELI’s de Setúbal Norte. Os resultados indicaram
globalmente, que a área com maiores níveis de satisfação está relacionada com a relação
entre os pais e profissionais, enquanto com menores níveis de satisfação se destacam
globalmente o conhecimento e a estrutura do serviço.
Constatou-se também que o modelo de intervenção centrado na família é utilizado como
dinâmica de trabalho das ELI’s. As dificuldades referidas pelas equipas são a legislação
ao nível da intervenção precoce do SNIPI- Sistema Nacional de Intervenção Precoce na
Infância, e também a contínua necessidade de investimento, tendo como prioridade esta
área da infância.
The present study in the area of Special Educational Needs (SEN) within the Early Intervention (EI), has the overall objective to analyze the satisfaction of families supported by teams EI of Setúbal Norte, from the perspective of family-centered intervention, The study was developed in the Local Teams Intervention (LTI 'S) Setúbal Norte, Almada, Setúbal, Barreiro and Moita, with 105 families (a total of 320), which are supported by these ELI's and 38 technicians were surveyed. This research was conducted through a descriptive study, a mixed quantitative and qualitative methodology in order to analyze the satisfaction of families, using the questionnaire survey and interview data collection focused on the practices being used in the family. Scale-European ESFIP Satisfaction Scale for Families in Early Intervention was used in this study and interviews were also made to the coordinator of each IP teams in order to clarify which intervention model used for the same. The research results indicate the high degree of satisfaction of families by work done by ELI's Setubal Norte. The overall results indicated that the area with the highest levels of satisfaction is related to the relationship between parents and professionals, while lower levels of satisfaction out broadly the knowledge and service structure. It was also found that the model of family-centered intervention is used as the working dynamics of ELI's. The difficulties mentioned by the teams are the legislation of SNIPINational System for Early Childhood Intervention, and also the continuing need for investment, taking this as a priority area of early childhood education.
