Abstract(s)
Este relatório detalha um estágio curricular centrado na problemática da imigração. Começa pela introdução contextualizando a relevância global das questões migratórias em relação com o estágio curricular.
O contexto do estágio curricular, de seguida, faz um maior aprofundamento no enquadramento teórico da problemática.
O estágio foi realizado no Centro Comunitário São Cirilo e posteriormente são descritos todos os serviços que este oferece, a sua visão, missão e valores.
Durante o estágio, foram realizadas várias atividades práticas e de observação: atendimentos a imigrantes, formações, participação em reuniões com utentes ou reuniões internas, momentos culturais, entre outros que estão descritos no capítulo destinado às Atividades e a sua Relevância. Posteriormente foi realizada uma Análise dos Conceitos e Práticas aprendidas durante o todo o estágio.
Além das atividades práticas, realizou-se um estudo documental, intitulado “Imigração em Portugal: expetativas e realidades – análise de casos”, onde através de casos do CSCC foi possível analisar as motivações de vinda para Portugal e o modo como vivem a sua realidade no país.
Esta etapa proporcionou uma experiência enriquecedora, ampliando a compreensão sobre a complexidade da imigração e os desafios enfrentados por imigrantes. As atividades realizadas permitiram um contacto mais direto com as realidades vividas pelo público-alvo, enquanto o estudo documental ofereceu uma base empírica-teórica para entender a realidade vivida. Este conhecimento integrado é essencial para desenvolver estratégias de apoio e integração para imigrantes.
This report details a curricular internship focused on immigration issues. The introduction begins by contextualizing the global relevance of migration issues in relation to the internship. The context of the internship then delves deeper into the theoretical framework of the problem. The internship was carried out at the São Cirilo Community Center. All the services it offers, its vision, mission and values are described in the report. During the internship, various practical and observation activities were carried out: assistance to immigrants, training, participation in meetings with users or internal meetings, cultural moments, among others, which are described in the chapter on Activities and their Relevance. Subsequently, an Analysis of the Concepts and Practices learnt throughout the internship was carried out. In addition to the practical activities, a documental study was carried out entitled "Immigration in Portugal: expectations and realities - analysis of cases", in which it was possible to analyze immigrants’ motivations for coming to Portugal and the way in which they live their reality once in the country. This stage provided an enriching experience, broadening the understanding of the complexity of immigration and the challenges faced by immigrants. The activities carried out allowed for more direct contact with the realities experienced by the target audience, while the documental study provided an empirical-theoretical basis for understanding the lived reality. This integrated knowledge is essential for developing support and integration strategies for immigrants.
