| dc.description.abstract | No Brasil, o planeamento educacional foi objeto de muitas investigações ao longo dos anos, cada qual com o seu olhar e sua leitura sobre os elementos que o compõem e a sua organização no cenário educacional dos municípios. Essas diferentes concepções que o planeamento tem ocupado na estrutura da Educação é que tem trazido contributos a melhoria do ensino aprendizagem dos alunos. A presente investigação tem como objetivo, compreender a importância do planeamento no cotidiano do docente do Município de Camaçari. E como objetivos específicos: analisar como os professores avaliam o Planeamento Pedagógico no cotidiano de suas aulas; esclarecer os diferentes tipos de Planeamento para o contexto educacional; identificar como o planeamento poderá contribuir na produção de saberes dos educandos; verificar de que forma a Secretaria Municipal de Educação acompanha a construção e a realização do Planeamento Pedagógico das escolas; verificar a participação efetiva dos docentes na construção do Planeamento. Para tanto, foi usada a pesquisa mista, sendo ela tanto qualitativa quanto quantitativa, por meio de questionário semiestruturado. As principais conclusões deste estudo foram: Identificar que o planeamento é um dos mais importantes instrumentos na vida do professor, que independente de sua organização e concepção, ele se encontra presente no processo de ensino aprendizagem do aluno. Assim, com essas constatações que serão discorridas ao longo da nossa dissertação, será possível identificarmos a importância do planeamento para o sucesso das aprendizagens dos alunos. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | In Brazil, educational planning has been the object of many investigations over the years, each with its own look and its reading on the elements that compose it and its organization in the educational scenario of the municipalities. These different conceptions that the planning has occupied in the structure of the Education is that it has brought contributions to the improvement of the teaching-learning of the students. The present research aims to understand the importance of planning in the daily life of the teaching staff of the Municipality of Camaçari. And as specific objectives: to analyze how teachers evaluate Pedagogical Planning in the daily life of their classes; clarify the different types of planning for the educational context; identify how planning can contribute to the production of learners' knowledge; verify how the Municipal Department of Education accompanies the construction and implementation of Pedagogical Planning of schools; verify the effective participation of teachers in the construction of Planning. For that, the mixed research was used, being both qualitative and quantitative, through a semistructured questionnaire. The main conclusions of this study were: To identify that planning is one of the most important instruments in the life of the teacher, that independent of its organization and conception, it is present in the process of teaching student learning. Thus, with these findings that will be discussed throughout our dissertation, it will be possible to demonstrate that the planning in the life of the student will effect his success throughout his school career. | pt_PT |
