Abstract(s)
O estágio curricular, quando bem organizado, estruturado e orientado
representa importante elemento no processo de formação académica e profissional, no
qual o aluno dos cursos técnicos se prepara para a integração no mercado de trabalho
por meio de sua participação em situações reais de trabalho e onde futuramente, ele
poderá exercer a sua profissão.
O estágio curricular supervisionado, dentro do Instituto Federal Minas Gerais–
Campus Ouro Preto, foi o objetivo deste estudo, mas, principalmente, desenvolveu- se
uma estratégia de intervenção a fim de obter melhorias no setor de atendimento
específico ao estágio, dentro da instituição.
Para isso, foi necessário entrar no universo da Educação profissional
principalmente nos últimos três governos no país. Também foi importante conhecer o
histórico do estágio curricular na educação profissional enfim, as contextualizações
conceituais que embasassem o universo do estágio e a inserção dos alunos no mercado
de trabalho, e como o setor de estágio, como estratégia de intervenção poderia ser
utilizado.
Para que a estratégia de intervenção tivesse uma linha de condução eficaz,
algumas informações relevantes foram utilizadas, como os informações sobre a lei de
estágio no país e dados sobre o funcionamento do estágio dentro da própria instituição
em questão.
Face aos resultados da investigação, elaborámos um projeto que nos permitiu
concluir que, dentro do universo institucional de educação profissional, o estágio
curricular é de grande importância, principalmente com o objetivo de inserir o aluno
no mercado de trabalho.
The well-organized, structured and oriented curricular internship represents an important element in the process of academic and professional formation, in which the student of the technical courses prepares for the integration in the labor market through his participation in real work situations and where In the future, he may exercise his profession. The supervised curricular internship, within the Minas Gerais Federal Institute - Campus Ouro Preto, was the objective of this study, but, mainly, an intervention strategy was developed in order to obtain improvements in the sector of specific assistance to the internship within the institution. For this, it was necessary to enter the universe of professional education mainly in the last three governments in the country. It was also important to know the history of the curricular traineeship in professional education, conceptual contextualizations that support the universe of the internship and the insertion of students in the labor market, and how the internship sector as an intervention strategy could be used. In order for the intervention strategy to have an effective driving record, some relevant information has been used, such as information on the trainee law in the country and details of the traineeship within the institution itself. The elaboration of the project allowed us to conclude that, within the institutional universe of professional education, the curricular internship is of great importance, mainly with the objective of inserting the student into the job market.
