Este trabalho integra-se num projeto abrangente sobre a atividade do professor que trabalha com alunos com necessidades educativas especiais (NEEs) no Brasil, sendo que este especificamente, com foco na alimentação e o sono antes e durante a Pandemia da COVID-19, decorrerá com professores da rede pública municipal de ensino, na cidade de Soure, localizada na área oriental da Ilha de Marajó, no estado do Pará, na região amazônica do Brasil. Assim, o objetivo geral deste estudo é avaliar a atividade e as estratégias que os professores brasileiros utilizam com seus alunos com NEEs que levem ao conhecimento dos hábitos de sono e alimentares, analisando o tipo de trabalho que é ofertado ao aluno com NEEs da rede pública municipal de ensino e as condições dos hábitos de sono e alimentares destes professores na educação da cidade de Soure/Pará, antes e durante a Pandemia por COVID-19. Trata-se de um estudo de caso especifico nas escolas da rede pública de ensino com a aplicaçao de questionários a professores que trabalham com NEEs e a problematização de referencial teórico que destaca que o trabalho do professor de alunos com NEEs deve ser planeado, de acordo com as especificidades de cada aluno, assim como a qualificação de cada professor. Na complexidade educacional atual vivenciada, acarreta grande responsabilidade aos professores na sua tarefa diária de ensinar e está igualmente dependente de vários hábitos dentro e fora da sala de aula, entre eles, os seus hábitos alimentares e de sono, e que naturalmente, influenciam o sucesso no seu trabalho como docente.
This work is part of a comprehensive project on the activity of the teacher who works with students with special educational needs (SEN) in Brazil, which specifically, focusing on food and sleep before and during the COVID-19 Pandemic, will take place with teachers from the municipal public school system, in the city of Soure, located in the eastern area of Ilha de Marajó, in the state of Pará, in the Amazon region of Brazil. Thus, the general objective of this study is to evaluate the activity and strategies that Brazilian teachers use with their students with SEN that lead to knowledge of the sleep and eating habits of these, analyzing the type of work that is offered to the student with SENs from the municipal public education system and the conditions of sleep and eating habits of these teachers in education in the city of Soure/Pará, before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a specific case study in a public school system with the application of questionnaires to teachers and students with SEN and the problematization of a theoretical framework that emphasizes that the work of the teacher of students with SEN should be planned, from according to the age, type of disability and level of learning of students. In the current educational complexity experienced, it entails great responsibility for teachers in their daily task of teaching and is equally dependent on various habits inside and outside the classroom, including their eating and sleeping habits, which naturally influence success in his work as a teacher.
