Abstract(s)
A busca pela qualidade de vida no ambiente de trabalho tem sido tema recorrente das empresas, isso porque, ela envolve vários fatores como motivação, melhoria na produtividade, saúde, segurança e bem-estar. A qualidade de vida tem sido ligada a produtividade e bons resultados de uma empresa, e um colaborador satisfeito, será sempre um profissional que pode trazer muitos benefícios para a empresa. Neste sentido, este estudo pretendeu-se analisar como ocorre a qualidade de vida dos colaboradores que trabalham em uma empresa de engenharia elétrica, tendo em conta os riscos de acidentes de trabalho por lidarem diretamente com energia elétrica seja ela energizada ou não, seguidos de trabalhos nas alturas. Esse estudo trata-se de um Estudo de Caso com o viés qualitativo e quantitativo. Para a recolha de dados foi utilizado o teste de Walton sobre QV- Qualidade de vida e um questionário que conduziu a entrevista. A amostra foi não probabilística de conveniência, constituída por 49 pessoas que atuam diretamente na empresa de engenharia (Eletricistas, Auxiliares de Eletricistas, Operadores de Guindastes, Encarregados de Equipes, Técnicos de Segurança do Trabalho, Supervisores, Assistentes de Engenharia). Os resultados deste estudo nos mostram que a empresa de engenharia busca dar oportunidade de crescimento para o colaborador, bem como vem valorizando anualmente a qualidade de vida no ambiente de trabalho com o foco do bem-estar dos colaboradores e da qualidade da produção dos seus serviços. Conclui-se, ainda, que os resultados evidenciados nos mostraram os pontos positivos da empresa estão entre a oportunidade de crescimento oferecido aos colaboradores e o diálogo aberto com a chefia, o que são fundamentais para uma ‘Qualidade de Vida’ no trabalho.

Quality of life has been linked to a company's productivity and good results, and a satisfied employee will always be a professional who can bring many benefits to the company. In this sense, this study intended to analyze how the quality of life of employees who work in an electrical engineering company occurs, taking into account the risks of accidents at work because they deal directly with electrical energy, whether it is energized or not, followed by work on the heights.
