Abstract(s)
A bronquiectasia é uma doença heterogénea cuja prevalência tem aumentado ao longo dos anos e sem tratamento específico definido. O ACBT, é uma técnica fácil de utilizar e com aparente eficácia, no entanto carece de comprovação. Objetivo: Investigar os efeitos do CABT na bronquiectasia e comparar a sua eficácia com outras técnicas. Metodologia: Em Abril de 2020 foi efetuada uma pesquisa de estudos randomizados controlados, no PubMed e no PEDro, para ver os efeitos do ACBT na bronquiectasia, comparando-a com outras técnicas. Resultados: Foram selecionados 5 estudos, comparando ACBT-DP com ACBT, flutter, Acapella e TIRE. Participaram 138 pacientes. Conclusão: O ACBT combinado com a drenagem postural parece ser a técnica mais eficaz para pacientes com bronquiectasia.
