Abstract(s)
O propósito deste trabalho é enquadrar conceptualmente a problemática da violência manifestada por crianças e jovens em contexto escolar e analisar estratégias mais efetivas para melhorar as relações, atenuar ou erradicar a violência, através da educação, existindo uma necessidade de prevenir, intervir e não de punir. Desta forma, pretende-se fundamentar a necessidade de prevenção precoce assim como algumas estratégias que podem ser inseridas nos planos curriculares da escola, bem como fornecer novas perspectivas do envolvimento e esforço de todos os agentes educativos (escola, professores, alunos, representantes e comunidade) sobre os quais é possível incluir, fornecer apoio e formação, assim como agir de forma mais eficaz, incluindo equipas multidisciplinares onde se incluem os criminólogos. Desta forma, os resultados expectáveis são que os participantes se tornem replicadores das aprendizagens obtidas durante a sua correta formação, conseguindo assim controlar ou atenuar os casos de violência dentro e fora da escola.
Os diversos métodos utilizados para a procura de soluções e aperfeiçoamento das estratégias com menores de idade, foi a investigação, pesquisa e realização da revisão literária para a construção do trabalho, baseada em livros e artigos científicos, compostas por fontes teóricas que auxiliam na procura de resposta sobre o tema abordado. Desta forma, a metodologia adotada para este projeto será o focus group a nível qualitativo.
The aim of this work is to conceptually frame the problem of violence manifested by children and young people in school contexts and to analyse more effective strategies to improve relations, mitigate or eradicate violence, through education, as there is a need to prevent, intervene and not to punish. In this way, it is intended to justify the need for early prevention as well as some strategies that can be inserted in the school curricular plans, as well as to provide new perspectives of the involvement and effort of all the educational agents (school, teachers, students, representatives and community) on which it is possible to include, provide support and training, as well as act in a more effective way, including multidisciplinary teams where criminologists are included. In this way, the expected results are that participants become replicators of the learnings obtained during their correct training, thus managing to control or mitigate the cases of violence inside and outside the school. The various methods used to seek solutions and improve strategies with minors, was the investigation, research and realization of the literary review for the construction of the work, based on books and scientific articles, composed of theoretical sources that help in the search for answers on the subject addressed. Thus, the methodology adopted for this project will be the focus group at the qualitative level.
