Atualmente o mundo corporativo passa por várias transições em sua cultura organizacional, o
foco, portanto não são mais os processos e os produtos, mas sim os colaboradores e seu bem
estar. As empresas, através de seus gestores, adquiriram a consciência de que o seu sucesso
está intrinsecamente ligado a um ambiente laboral mais favorável. As pressões por resultados
sofridas no ambiente de trabalho, remuneração, relação entre líder e liderado, carga horária,
tipo de jornada, cultura organizacional, valores, políticas de benefícios e incentivos, políticas
de cargos e salários, participação na tomada de decisão também afetam a qualidade de vida no
trabalho. O trabalho discute o conceito de qualidade de vida e como esta prática está
incorporada na empresa estudada. Portanto criar políticas e ações voltadas para a qualidade de
vida tornou-se hoje fator primordial para atrair, reter, motivar e manter os colaboradores. Os
gestores da empresa estudada, uma multinacional da área de construção civil, localizada na
cidade de Benguela – Angola, percebendo essa importância, criaram algumas políticas e ações
voltadas para a qualidade de vida, visando principalmente à motivação dos seus recursos
humanos; políticas e ações essas que, devido ao estudo são percebidas e valorizadas pelos
colaboradores. Este estudo teve como objetivo mostrar a percepção dos colaboradores da
empresa estudada sobre as políticas e ações voltadas a qualidade de vida realizadas pela
empresa e o impacto que elas causam. A realização do estudo contou com participação de 32
colaboradores. Os instrumentos utilizados foram à entrevista estruturada, questionário com
perguntas fechadas. Com o estudo também foi possível verificar que as ações realizadas pela
empresa têm um impacto positivo na cultura organizacional e consequentemente na
produtividade.

Companies, through their managers, acquired the knowledge that your success is intrinsically linked to a more favorable work environment. Pressure for results suffered in the job, pay, relationship between leader and follower, workload, type of journey, organizational culture, values, policies, benefits and incentives, political positions and salaries, participation in decision-making environment also affect quality of work life. The paper discusses the concept of quality of life and how this practice is embedded in the company studied. So create policies and actions for the quality of life has now become essential to attract, retain, motivate and retain employees factor. The managers of the studied company, the multinational construction area, located in the town of Benguela - Angola, realizing this importance, created some policies and actions aimed at quality of life, mainly targeting the motivation of its human resources; these policies and actions that due to the study are perceived and valued by employees. This study aimed to show the perception of company employees studied the policies and actions aimed at quality of life held by the company and the impact they cause. The conduct of the study had the participation of 32 employees. The instruments used were the structured interview questionnaire with closed. In the study it was also possible to verify that the actions taken by the company have a positive impact on organizational culture and consequently productivity.
