O tema Responsabilidade Social Empresarial, apresenta uma discussão e análise relativamente
recente, particularmente nos últimos trinta anos, tem crescido no mundo, mas infelizmente
ainda não é muito difundido em Angola, excepto algumas empresas multinacionais,
principalmente do ramo de petróleo e gás natural, que vão dando os seus primeiros passos
mesmo de forma muito tímida. Entretanto, a carência de socialização das experiências de
sucesso na prática da Responsabilidade Social Empresarial e de consenso de conceitos geram
desvios de entendimento sobre o tema e na estruturação das intervenções. Nesta pesquisa, o
pesquisador, pretendeu entender e analisar de que forma as acções de responsabilidade social
que a empresa Angola Gás Natural Liquefeito (Angola LNG), leva a cabo na vila do Soyo, tem
influenciado na melhoria da situação socioeconómico da população, bem como compreender
possíveis conflitos que possam existir entre as actividades da empresa e o modo de vida das
populações. A pesquisa foi realizada sob uma abordagem qualitativa de carácter descritivoexplicativa,
e realizada por meio de entrevistas semi-estruturadas e da observação não
participativa, onde foram feitas trinta e nove entrevistas no total.
The Corporate Social Responsibility theme, presents fairly recent discussion and analysis, particularly in the last thirty years it has grown in the world, but unfortunately it is not yet widespread in Angola, except some multinational companies, mainly in the business of oil and natural gas, which will taking their first steps even very timid. However, the lack of socialization of successful experiences in the practice of Corporate Social Responsibility and consensus concepts generate deviations of understanding on the topic and structuring interventions. In this research, the researcher aims to understand and analyze how community and social actions that the Company Angola Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG ANGOLA), carries out in Soyo city, has influenced the improvement of the socio-economic situation of the population of part of the country, well as understand potential conflicts that may exist between the activities of the company and the way of living. The research will be under a qualitative descriptive approach-explanatory character, which will be conducted through semi-structured interviews and non-participant observation, which will be held thirty interviews in total.
