| dc.description.abstract | A violência doméstica é um dos crimes com maior incidência no Brasil e que exige atenção especial dos policiais que prestam atendimento, desde o atendimento inicial às partes envolvidas na fase não judicial, até a fase judicial e sua sentença final. Neste sentido, o presente estudo tem como principal objetivo analisar as atitudes dos policiais civis relativamente ao fenómeno da violência doméstica e familiar e avaliar de que forma podem estar relacionadas com o seu modo de atuação. Para tanto foi administrado um inquérito junto de 142 participantes (com média de idades de 39.7 anos e D.P. = 7.96), todos policiais civis. Os resultados revelaram não haver diferenças de sexo estatisticamente significativas quando da atuação dos policiais, sobretudo quando estão perante situações de violência doméstica e familiar e apontam para a diminuição das crenças sobre o fenómeno da violência doméstica. Assim, permitiu-se apurar que os policiais tendem a não legitimar algumas das ideias que giram em torno da violência doméstica e familiar, não obstante a presença de crenças subjetivas e sociais. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Domestic violence is one of the crimes with the greatest incidence in Brazil and requires special attention from the police who provide care, from serving the parties involved in the judicial phase to the judicial phase and its final sentence. This study is the study of the main study of the attitudes of the civil police anecessive to the age of the adult and the evaluation of the formation may be related with the its mode of thinking. The same was administered along with 142 participants (mean age 39.7 years and SD = 7.96), all civilian police. The results were found to be non-statistically significant when police administrations, the burden of domestic violence and relatives to the crisis of beliefs about the phenomenon of domestic violence. Thus, it was allowed that police officers tend not to legitimize some of the ideas that revolve around domestic and family violence, despite the presence of subjective and social beliefs. | pt_PT |
