| dc.description.abstract | Este projeto de graduação pretende ser um estudo de caso sobre a interdisciplinaridade na área da saúde e principalmente na área da reabilitação em contexto hospitalar. A parte teórica do projeto é baseada em diversos artigos científicos sobre este tema para permitir ter uma visão global da literatura existente acerca da interdisciplinaridade (funcionamento e limitações). A parte empírica do trabalho é baseada principalmente na realização de entrevistas a diferentes profissionais de saúde que compõem uma equipe de trabalho e também com observações do funcionamento da dinâmica de uma equipe interdisciplinar de reabilitação em contexto hospitalar. Esta investigação foi realizada no Hospital Princesse Grace de Mônaco (serviço de Medicina Física e de Reeducação Funcional). As entrevistas foram realizadas durante dois dias (9 e 10 de Novembro de 2016) e os dados foram tratados com recurso a técnicas de análise de conteúdo. Os objetivos do estudo são melhorar e aprofundar os conhecimentos sobre a noção de interdisciplinaridade e o funcionamento de uma equipe interdisciplinar de reabilitação em contexto hospitalar. Pretende-se também compreender a percepção de profissionais que integram uma equipe interdisciplinar acerca: do seu papel (com especial atenção ao Terapeuta da Fala), da relação existente entre os vários elementos da equipe e destes com os pacientes; dos circuitos de comunicação; do funcionamento da equipe. Os resultados obtidos com a investigação permitem mostrar as vantagens e limitações do trabalho em equipe em função das personalidades de cada membro, a sua integração e participação no projeto de reabilitação do paciente, a implicação de todos os agentes (família, cuidadores, paciente, profissionais de saúde...) e outros fatores contextuais, como por exemplo o tempo possível para as trocas de informação ou não. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This undergraduate project intends to be a case study on interdisciplinarity in the health area, especially in the rehabilitation area within a hospital context. The theoretical part of the project is based on several scientific articles on this subject to allow a global view of the existing literature on interdisciplinarity (functioning and limitations). The empirical part of the project is based mainly on interviews with different health professionals who comprise the work team, as well as observations of the dynamics of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team in a hospital context. This research was conducted at the Princesse Grace Hospital of Monaco (Physical Medicine and Functional Re-education Service). The interviews were conducted during a two-day clinical stage (November 9 and 10, 2016), and the data were treated using content analysis techniques. The objectives of the study are to improve and deepen the knowledge about the notion of interdisciplinarity and the functioning of an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team in a hospital context. It is also intended to understand the perception of professionals who integrate an interdisciplinary team regarding their role (with special attention to the Speech Therapist), the relationship between the various elements of the team and the team members with the patients, communication circuits, and the functioning of the team. The results obtained from the research allow us to show the advantages and limitations of teamwork based on the personalities of each member, their integration, and participation in the patient's rehabilitation project, the involvement of all agents (family, caregivers, patients, healthcare professionals), and other contextual factors such as the time available for information exchanges or lack thereof. | pt_PT |
