Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho apresenta um estudo de caso sobre a gestão participativa na reconstrução da proposta pedagógica de uma escola privada de educação profissional técnica de nível médio em São Luís, Maranhão, Brasil. Inicialmente elaborou-se uma revisão bibliográfica acerca de temas Gestão Escolar, Planejamento e Projeto Político Pedagógico à luz dos principais teóricos da área.
A presente pesquisa foi do tipo qualitativa e descritiva (tipo estudo de caso), com observação não participante, que teve como objetivo principal: apresentar um relato da experiência sobre a importância da gestão escolar participativa na reconstrução da proposta pedagógica de uma escola técnica-profissionalizante privada, em São Luís, Maranhão, Brasil e como objetivos específicos: acompanhar, descrever e analisar se todo o processo de reconstrução da proposta pedagógica da instituição estudada e se o mesmo foi realizado de forma participativa.
As informações produzidas através desta pesquisa foram descritas na forma de um relato que foi construído através dos dados obtidos através da participação da pesquisadora nas diversas reuniões.
Conclui-se que o planejamento participativo foi efetivado na instituição pesquisada, revelando-se como um instrumento indispensável no processo de construção e reconstrução de todo e qualquer projeto político pedagógico ou proposta pedagógica e que a instituição pesquisada conseguiu implantar a gestão participativa, dando total liberdade e autonomia aos professores em todo o processo.
This paper presents a case study on participatory management in the reconstruction of the pedagogical proposal of a private high school technical education in São Luís, Maranhão, Brazil. Initially, a bibliographic review was carried out on topics such as School Management, Planning and Political Pedagogical Project in the light of the main theoreticians in the area. The present research was of the qualitative and descriptive type (type of case study), with non-participant observation, whose main objective was to present an experience report about the importance of participatory school management in the reconstruction of the pedagogical proposal of a technical- private vocational training in São Luís, Maranhão, Brazil, and as specific objectives: to accompany, describe and analyze if the whole process of reconstruction of the pedagogical proposal of the institution studied and whether it was carried out in a participatory manner. The information produced through this research was described in the form of an account that was constructed through the data obtained through the participation of the researcher in the various meetings. It was concluded that the participatory planning was carried out in the research institution, proving to be an indispensable instrument in the process of construction and reconstruction of any political pedagogical project or pedagogical proposal and that the institution researched managed to implement participatory management, giving total freedom and autonomy for teachers throughout the process.
