O estudo sobre cultura organizacional na esfera educacional, nas últimas décadas,
tornou-se um tema bastante discutido, em virtude de possibilitar a compreensão dos
fenômenos organizacionais e de que forma, esta influencia diretamente no processo de
ensino e aprendizagem.
O presente projeto tem como objetivo analisar a cultura organizacional na
educação e ensino do CINTRA - Fundação Nice Lobão, localizada em São Luís, no
Estado do Maranhão, Brasil.
A concretização desta pesquisa foi realizada em duas etapas: a fundamentação
teórica através da revisão de literatura sobre o tema e uma pesquisa de campo sob a
perspectiva da cultura organizacional por meio de um estudo comparativo entre os turnos
do CINTRA, objetivando esclarecimentos do tema em análise.
