O estudo sobre cultura organizacional na esfera educacional, nas últimas décadas,
tornou-se um tema bastante discutido, em virtude de possibilitar a compreensão dos
fenômenos organizacionais e de que forma, esta influencia diretamente no processo de
ensino e aprendizagem.
O presente projeto tem como objetivo analisar a cultura organizacional na
educação e ensino do CINTRA - Fundação Nice Lobão, localizada em São Luís, no
Estado do Maranhão, Brasil.
A concretização desta pesquisa foi realizada em duas etapas: a fundamentação
teórica através da revisão de literatura sobre o tema e uma pesquisa de campo sob a
perspectiva da cultura organizacional por meio de um estudo comparativo entre os turnos
do CINTRA, objetivando esclarecimentos do tema em análise.
The study of organizational culture in the educational sphere, in the last decades, has become a well-discussed topic, because it allows the understanding of organizational phenomena and in what way, it directly influences the teaching and learning process.
