Abstract(s)
Objetivo: O objetivo deste estudo foi o de reunir artigos que abordassem quais as técnicas fisioterapêuticas mais eficazes no tratamento da fasceíte plantar e o seu contributo na prática clínica. Metodologia: Foi realizada uma pesquisa em bases de dados como a MEDLINE/Pubmed research e EBSCO, para artigos de livre acesso, na língua inglesa. Resultados: Nesta revisão foram incluídos 10 estudos, 4 randomizados e 6 observacionais, envolvendo 691 indivíduos, com a classificação metodológica de 6,3/10 na escala de PEDro, que analisaram diferentes técnicas terapêuticas no tratamento da fasceíte plantar. Conclusões: Existe uma grande diversidade de terapêuticas às quais se pode recorrer para o tratamento da fasceíte plantar, tal como as ondas de choque e iontoforese com ácido acético que se mostraram uma opção muito viável, assim como, a terapia manual, electroterapia, cinesioterapia e o tratamento convencional.

Conclusion: There is a wide range of therapies which it can be exercised for the treatment of plantar fasciitis, such as shock waves and iontophoresis with acetic acid which showed a very viable option, as manual therapy, electrotherapy, cinesioterapia and conventional treatment.
