| dc.description.abstract | A Qualidade de Vida dos doentes com AVC é afectada pelas sequelas deixadas por esta patologia, entre as quais se salientam os défices motores, pelo que foi objectivo do estudo analisar a importância da QV em indivíduos que sofreram um AVC e em que medida esta foi afectada após a lesão. O estudo foi realizado entre os dias 10 e 20 de Janeiro de 2012 em três clínicas de fisioterapia através de uma entrevista efectuada a doentes que tivessem sofrido um primeiro AVC e que tivessem ficado com sequelas motoras. Com a análise das entrevistas acerca da QV, constatou-se que esta diminui após o AVC, sendo que as sequelas motoras diminuíram-lhes a autonomia, o que acarretou uma mudança nos hábitos alimentares e estilos de vida, sendo, por vezes, acompanhados sentimentos de tristeza, desânimo e revolta. The quality of Life from the AVC patients is affected with the sequels left by this pathology, among those the motor deficits are stressed out. So, analyzing the Quality of Life importance in individuals that suffered a stroke and in which measures it was affected after the lesion was this study objective. This research was made between 10th and 20th of January, 2012, in three physiotherapy clinics with an interview made to the patients that suffered from a first stroke and had gained motor sequels. With the interviews analysis about the Quality of Life, its diminution after a stroke was verified, consequently the motor sequels decreased their autonomy, this was followed by the change of their eating habits and life styles, being sometimes, accompanied by sadness feelings, discouragement and revolt. | por |
