Abstract(s)
Objetivo: Perceber se o método de reeducação postural global (RPG) aplicado em pacientes com lombalgia crónica é eficaz na melhoria da dor, flexibilidade, capacidade funcional, força muscular, sintomas de depressão e qualidade de vida. Metodologia: Pesquisa computadorizada nas bases de dados Pubmed, Scielo e PEDro, com o objetivo de selecionar estudos que avaliassem os efeitos da RPG em pacientes com lombalgia crónica. Resultados: Foram incluídos 5 estudos que abordaram a eficácia da RPG em pacientes com lombalgia crónica. Conclusão: A aplicação do método RPG em portadores de lombalgia crónica revelou melhorias significativas a nível da dor, flexibilidade, capacidade funcional e força muscular, e em menor medida nos sintomas de depressão e qualidade de vida.
