Abstract(s)
Esta investigação intitulada "Bullying e Gestão de Conflitos: Percepção de Educadores do Distrito Federal – Brasil", tem como objetivo geral verificar a utilização dos métodos complementares de resolução de conflitos nos casos de violência de bullying em algumas escolas públicas do Distrito Federal - Brasil. Esse é um dos maiores desafios das instituições de ensino, por envolver um fluxo de identificação, intervenção, encaminhamento, monitoramento e processos educativos objeto da gestão de conflitos nas escolas. Quanto aos objetivos específicos da pesquisa foram divididos em quatro partes: a primeira visa investigar o contexto social e da violência e do conflito na realidade escolar em análise; a segunda analisar o bullying como fenómeno global e uma realidade no Brasil; a terceira indagar sobre os possíveis impactos negativos no processo de ensino-aprendizagem e na saúde dos alunos e profissionais da educação e as iniciativas globais para mitação e superação desse cenário; e a quarta averiguar como os métodos complementares de resolução de conflitos e de práticas restaurativas podem contribuir para a prevenção e gestão de conflitos no contexto escolar, nomeadamente no Distrito Federal (Brasil). A metodologia adotada foi a quantitativa, com algum cariz exploratório e utilização da técnica do inquérito por questionário, o qual foi aplicado via link do google forms, endereçado a 200 profissionais da educação que atuam nas escolas públicas do Distrito Federal. De acordo com os resultados obtidos, espera-se que essa investigação possa contribuir com um diagnóstico referente às ocorrências do bullying escolar e sobre a eficácia dos métodos complementares de gestão de conflitos nesses ambientes.
This investigation entitled "Bullying and Conflict Management: Perception of Educators in the Federal District – Brazil", has the general objective of verifying the use of complementary conflict resolution methods in cases of bullying violence in some public schools in the Federal District – Brazil. This is one of the greatest challenges for educational institutions, as it involves a flow of identification, intervention, referral, monitoring and educational processes aimed at conflict management in schools. The specific objectives of the research were divided into four parts: the first aims to investigate the social context and the violence and conflict in the school reality under analysis; the second analyzes bullying as a global phenomenon and a reality in Brazil; the third investigates the possible negative impacts on the teaching-learning process and on the health of students and education professionals and the global initiatives to mitigate and overcome this scenario; and the fourth investigates how complementary methods of conflict resolution and restorative practices can contribute to the prevention and management of conflicts in the school context, namely in the Federal District (Brazil). The methodology adopted was quantitative, with some exploratory nature and use of the questionnaire survey technique, which was applied via a Google Forms link, addressed to 200 education professionals who work in public schools in the Federal District. According to the results obtained, it is expected that this research can contribute to a diagnosis regarding the occurrences of school bullying and the effectiveness of complementary methods of conflict management in these environments.
