Abstract(s)
A promoção de iniciativas de Cooperação para o Desenvolvimento constitui, juntamente com os conceitos da Educação, áreas de intervenção que contribuem para a concretização dos objetivos globais da Agenda 2030, um plano partilhado para paz e prosperidade para as pessoas e para o planeta, agora e no futuro [Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODSs)], salientando-se especificamente a meta 4.7 do ODS 4 – Educação de Qualidade. Sendo a Educação para o Desenvolvimento intrínseca à atividade das Organizações Não Governamentais para o Desenvolvimento, torna-se necessário encontrar soluções pedagógicas adaptadas aos desafios atuais e até civilizacionais, particularmente na era da transformação digital das organizações, incluindo as sem fins lucrativos, e especificamente nas suas práticas letivas. Uma das vertentes a explorar é a da utilização da gamificação digital como estratégia de sensibilização e aprendizagem no âmbito da formação não formal da Educação Global, contribuindo para um processo educativo constante que favoreça as inter-relações sociais, culturais, políticas e económicas entre o Norte e o Sul. Pretende-se, igualmente, que a estratégia promova valores e atitudes de solidariedade e justiça que devem caracterizar uma cidadania global responsável, sensibilizando e mobilizando as sociedades para as prioridades do desenvolvimento humano sustentável. Neste enquadramento, propõe-se o estudo sobre a metodologia do desenho e conceção de protótipo de ferramenta digital baseada nas temáticas da Educação Global/Educação para o Desenvolvimento com recurso à gamificação, observando igualmente os seus impactos sociais e ambientais.
The promotion of Cooperation for Development initiatives constitutes, together with the concepts of Education, areas of intervention that contribute to the achievement of the global objectives of the 2030 Agenda, a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and in the future [the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)], specifically highlighting target 4.7 of SDG 4 – Quality Education. Since Education for Development is intrinsic to the activity of Non-Governmental Organizations for Development (NGDO), it becomes necessary to find pedagogical solutions adapted to civilizational challenges, particularly in the era of digital transformation of organizations, including non-profit organizations, and specifically in their teaching practices. One of the aspects to be explored is the use of digital gamification as a strategy for raising awareness and learning within the scope of Global Education non-formal training, contributing to a constant educational process that favors social, cultural, political and economic interrelationships between North and South. It is also intended that the strategy promote values and attitudes of solidarity and justice that should characterize responsible global citizenship, raising awareness and mobilizing societies towards the priorities of sustainable human development In this framework, a study is proposed on the methodology of designing a prototype of a digital tool based on the themes of Global Education/Education for Development using gamification, also noting its social and environmental impacts.
