Abstract(s)
A presente dissertação visa avaliar a percepção da gestão do capital humano e tem como objecto de estudo a Administração Provincial do Dande, uma empresa pública que tem a missão de implementar as políticas públicas do Estado Angolano nesta província. Para fazer essa avaliação e com base na revisão da literatura foram definidas quatro dimensões de análise; auto-avaliação do desempenho; o capital humano no contexto da gestão; capital humano e gestão dos recursos humanos e gestão estratégica do capital humano. O instrumento de pesquisa usado foi o questionário escrito. A análise dos dados incidiu sobre as respostas dadas ao inquérito e também sobre a independência e tipo de associação entre as variáveis sócio demográficas (idade, género, habilitações literárias, etc) e as respostas às questões específicas do questionário. As principais conclusões permitiram perceber que a maioria das opiniões é positiva, embora também se tenha constactado uma quantidade de respostas sem opinião formada é muito significativa. Por seu turno os testes estatísticos revelaram ser estatisticamente significativa a não independência entre as variáveis, rejeitando-se por isso a hipótese nula (independência), já a associação entre variáveis revelou-se fraca.

In order to gather that perception and based on literature findings it was defined four analysis dimensions: performance self-evaluation; management; human resource management; human capital strategic management. It uses the questionnaire as a research instrument. Data analysis was focused on the specific answers given to the questionnaire but also on the independence and association of these and the socio demographic variables (age, gender, academic, etc.). Main conclusions were positive opinion prevails although it was possible to account a significant volume of answers reviling unknown opinion. On the other hand, statistic tests revealed a statistical significance level for non-independence between variables, that lead to reject the null hypothesis (independence) but the association revealed a weak association.
