A presente dissertação consiste na análise das perspetivas de requalificação das margens do Rio Ave, no concelho de Vila do Conde, procedendo a um levantamento do património existente ao longo deste curso de água, quer ele seja arquitetónico, ecológico ou paisagístico. A principal meta é estabelecer dados para a valorização deste território, elencando os valores e recursos disponíveis, bem como a situação da sua gestão e fruição atual.
The present dissertation consists on an analysis of the possibilities of rehabilitation of the Ave river banks, in the Vila do Conde municipality, by taking a survey of the existing heritage along the watercourse, wether it be architectural, ecological or pertaining to the landscape. The main goal is to establish a database for the enhancement of this territory, cataloguing its assets and available ressources, as well as an overview of its current management and fruition conditions.
