Despite the difficulties in conceptualization, is predominant the consensus that job satisfaction directly or indirectly is linked to productivity and individual achievement. So this study had as overall objective "to identify the degree of satisfaction of teachers nurses of UFP. This is a descriptive and co relational study, of quantitative approach, which information was collected through a questionnaire to allow the response to our guiding questions: "What is the motivational factor that teachers nurses of UFP attribute greater importance?; What is the motivational factor that teachers nurses of UFP attribute lower importance?; Is the job satisfaction related with the current employment situation?; Is the job satisfaction related with the professional seniority?; Is the job satisfaction related with the age? " . The study population is constituted by the teachers nurses of UFP. Was studied a sample consisting of 24 teachers nurses who meet defined criteria for the study. To assess job satisfaction we have chosen seven factors that influence it: "Work and health conditions", "Safety in Employment", "Labour Relations and Social Support", "Compensation", "Status and Prestige", "Autonomy and Power" , "Personal and Professional Accomplishment." From obtained results we highlight as major conclusion that the teachers nurses of UFP are globally well-satisfied. We conclude that the level of satisfaction attributed to study factors was "Well-Satisfied" with the exception of the factor "Safety in Employment" where was "only" satisfied. We also conclude that the factor "Personal and Professional Accomplishment" is the one that teachers nurses attribute greater motivational importance, having been second in the ranking per level of satisfaction, and that "job security" is the one they attribute lower motivational importance, but also the one with the lowest level of job satisfaction.
