O presente Projeto de Graduação enquadra-se na unidade curricular Projeto de Graduação do 2º semestre do 4º ano da Licenciatura de Enfermagem, da Faculdade de Ciências da Saúde da Universidade Fernando Pessoa. O estudo tem como tema “Avaliação da satisfação dos enfermeiros dos serviços de urgência (SU) do Centro Hospitalar Entre Douro e Vouga (CHEDV), em relação à Triagem de Manchester.” e surgiu da pergunta de investigação: “Qual a satisfação dos enfermeiros dos SU do CHEDV face ao método de Triagem de Manchester?” A definição de objetivos para este estudo, orientou eficazmente a sua elaboração. Foi definido como objetivo geral: avaliar a satisfação dos enfermeiros dos SU do CHEDV em relação ao método de triagem: Triagem de Manchester. Foram também definidos objetivos específicos, como: identificar os fatores em que os enfermeiros dos SU do CHEDV revelam maior grau de satisfação face ao método de Triagem de Manchester; conhecer qual o grau de satisfação dos enfermeiros dos SU do CHEDV relativamente ao método de Triagem de Manchester face ao atendimento dos utentes; determinar o grau de satisfação dos enfermeiros dos SU do CHEDV relativamente ao método de Triagem de Manchester face à organização. O estudo segue uma abordagem quantitativa primária quanto à aplicação do inquérito de satisfação. É um estudo descritivo exploratório, uma vez que descreve e caracteriza os aspetos em estudo, sendo que não existe grupo de controlo. A amostra é caracterizada como não probabilística acidental, sendo que foram inquiridos 50 enfermeiros dos SU do CHEDV. Após análise dos dados e discussão dos resultados, as principais conclusões desta investigação é que o sexo, idade e tempo de serviço, não influenciam a satisfação profissional em relação à Triagem de Manchester, contudo pode-se concluir que a maioria dos enfermeiros demonstram satisfação relativamente ao método de Triagem de Manchester, face ao atendimento dos utentes e face à organização.

This Graduation Project is part of the Undergraduate Project of the 2nd semester of the 4th year of Nursing Degree, Faculty of Health Sciences, Fernando Pessoa University. The study has the theme "Evaluation of the satisfaction of the nurses of the emergency service (SU) of the Entre Douro e Vouga Hospital Center (CHEDV), in relation to the Manchester Triage."; and emerged from the research question: "What is the emergency service nurse’s satisfaction with the Manchester Triage?” The definition of objectives for this study has effectively guided its elaboration. It was defined as a general objective: to evaluate nurse’s satisfaction with the CHEDV in relation to the screening method: Manchester Triage. Specific objectives were also defined, such as: to identify the factors in which the nurses of the SU of the CHEDV show a greater degree of satisfaction with the method of the Manchester Triage; to know the degree of satisfaction of the nurses of the SU of the CHEDV regarding the screening method of Manchester in relation to the care of users; to determine the degree of satisfaction of the nurses of the SU of the CHEDV regarding the screening method of Manchester in relation to the organization. The study follows a primary quantitative approach regarding the application of the satisfaction survey. It is an exploratory descriptive study, since it describes and characterizes the aspects under study, and there is no control group. The sample is characterized as not accidentally probabilistic, and 50 nurses from the emergency service of the CHEDV were interviewed. After analyzing the data and discussing the results, the main conclusions of this research is that the sex, age, length of service and professional category do not influence professional satisfaction with the Manchester Triage, however it can be concluded that the majority of nurses show satisfaction regarding of Manchester Triage, in relation to the attendance of the users and the organization.
