Abstract(s)
No presente contexto económico de crise e declínio económico global, marcado pelo
elevado grau de risco e incerteza no sector empresarial, são colocados diariamente
desafios às empresas no sentido de as mesmas conseguirem prosperar e sobreviver, num
ambiente cada vez mais global e competitivo. Em concreto, no caso Português, a crise
económica, fez com que as empresas e empresários tivessem de delinear novas
estratégias e reunir todos os recursos disponíveis para assim se tornar possível competir
num mercado global, tendo em conta que a maioria do sector empresarial é constituído
por PME´s, tal facto demonstra ser determinante. Deste modo, o presente estudo
apresenta como principal objetivo analisar as vantagens e implicações da prática do
networking no círculo empresarial em Portugal, ou seja, discernir quais os benefícios
que resultam para os indivíduos que se encontram a atuar nesta tipologia de networking.
A metodologia de investigação centrou-se essencialmente na necessidade de estudar a
temática ao nível teórico assente na revisão bibliográfica disponível, sendo
posteriormente ser possível investigar o caso de estudo em questão. Assim o networking
desempenha um papel preponderante no universo empresarial, pois promove os
negócios em conjunto, promove as parcerias, intercâmbios de conhecimento e acima de
tudo a visibilidade, credibilidade e rentabilidade dos indivíduos e empresas.
In the present economic climate crisis and global economic decline, marked by high degree of risk and uncertainty in the business sector, they are placed daily challenges for companies to get the same thrive and survive in an increasingly global and competitive environment. Specifically, in the Portuguese case, the economic crisis has made companies and entrepreneurs had to devise new strategies and gather all available resources to thus become possible to compete in a global market, given that most of the business sector consists by SMEs, this fact proves to be decisive. Thus, the present study has as main objective to analyze the advantages and networking practice implications in the business circle in Portugal, that is, to discern what benefits afforded to individuals who are to act in this type of networking. The research methodology focused mainly on the need to study the issue to the theoretical level based on available literature review, and subsequently be possible to investigate the case study in question. So networking plays a major role in the business world, it promotes business together, promotes partnerships, knowledge exchange and above all the visibility, credibility and profitability of individuals and businesses.
