Abstract(s)
O presente projeto intitulado, “A Resiliência na Administração da Escola Romana Tavares Leal: o desafio da gestão diante do contexto”, visará a realização de um estudo de caso na Escola Estadual de Ensino Fundamental Romana Tavares Leal, que fica situada na Avenida Antônio Simões, no bairro de Santana. A Escola conta com aproximadamente 500 alunos, nas modalidades ensino fundamental I (Primeiro ao Quinto Ano), Ensino Fundamental II (Sexto ao Nono ano), Projeto Mundiar Fundamental e Médio. A referida escola tem como clientela alunos oriundos de classe baixa, que apresentam problemas socioeconômicos. Dentre as dificuldades apontadas na escola podemos citar: o uso e venda de entorpecentes (drogas), o desinteresse dos alunos pelo ensino, alguns inclusive chegam a abandonar a sala antes do horário permitido pelo colégio, ou seja, antes do término das aulas. Na questão social pode-se dizer que alguns alunos não têm condições de comprar o material escolar, saem de casa sem o alimento, tem que trabalhar para auxiliar no sustento da família e têm, as “tentações” próximo à escola, como casas de jogos e bares, que facilitam a bebida, além de drogas lícitas e ilícitas. Nesse contexto, o grande desafio torna-se a promoção da resiliência na administração escolar, de maneira a buscar a melhoria da dinâmica de trabalho no contexto escolar. Foi objetivo deste Trabalho de Projeto contribuir para uma melhor resposta a este desafio.

In the social question, it can be said that some students are unable to buy school supplies, leave home without food, have to work to support the family, and have "temptations" near school such as playhouses And bars, which facilitate drinking, as well as licit and illicit drugs. In this context, the great challenge becomes the promotion of resilience in school administration, so as to seek to improve work dynamics in the school context. It was the objective of this Project Work to contribute to a better response to this challenge.
