Abstract(s)

Positive changes resulted in the skills of assessing and perceiving and regulating one's emotionsincreasing levels of social well-being and an improvement in conflict management styles, allowing the development of useful skills for the daily professional practice of assistants. The results obtained allow us to conclude that the program made it possible to acquire effective strategies for perception, selfawareness, clarification and emotional self-regulation, promoting an adjustment to the exercise of its function, making it more balanced as a person and professional, with a positive impact on your health.
