| dc.description.abstract | Parestesia é um distúrbio causado por uma lesão no tecido nervoso, é uma condição localizada de insensibilização da região inervada pelo nervo em questão. Seu principal sintoma é a ausência de sensibilidade na região afetada, mas em estágios mais evoluídos da parestesia o paciente poderá relatar sensibilidade alterada ao frio, calor e dor, sensação de dormência, formigamento, “fisgada” e coceira. Os nervos mais acometidos por esta injúria são o nervo alveolar inferior e nervo lingual, por conta de sua proximidade com os terceiros molares inferiores, que quando de sua remoção pode ocorrer lesão destes nervos. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Paresthesia is a disorder caused by an injury to the nervous tissue, is a localized condition of the stunning region innervated by the nerve in question, Its main symptom is the lack of sensitivity in the affected region, but in more advanced stages of paresthesia, the patient may report altered sensitivity to cold, heat and pain, numbness, tingling, “hooked” and itching. The nerves most affected by this injury are the inferior alveolar nerve and lingual nerve, due to its proximity to the third molar, when its removal can occur damage these nerves. | pt_PT |
