| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho foi impulsionado pelo conhecimento das consequências que um diagnóstico de autismo provoca na vida e no contexto familiar da criança, percebendo como necessário, fomentar discussões acerca da relação parental e da constituição psíquica da criança diante dos problemas do desenvolvimento. Desse modo, a presente dissertação teve como principal objetivo refletir sobre a importância das relações de vínculo no desenvolvimento psíquico da criança associado à reflexão sobre as possíveis formas de intervenção precoce no autismo. Neste estudo, são utilizados como base teórica conceitos da Neurobiologia da Vinculação e da Psicanálise. A componente prática da investigação consistiu na análise comparativa da percepção que as mães de crianças com Perturbação do Espectro do Autismo (PEA) e de mães de crianças sem diagnóstico de problemas de desenvolvimento têm da sua vinculação com o(a) filho(a), a fim de sistematizar as semelhanças e diferenças das representações maternas entre os dois grupos. Esta pesquisa é quantitativa e qualitativa, de caráter exploratório e comparativo, a qual desenvolveu-se por meio da participação das mães preenchendo o Inventário de Percepção do Vínculo Materna (IPVM). Como resultados desses estudos, foi identificada uma diferença pouco significativa entre os dois grupos de mães no que se refere ao fator percepção materna da vinculação em relação ao filho, porém, foi encontrado mais disparidade entre as respostas do fator correspondente à interação e afeto da mãe para com o filho. Destaca-se que os limitadores desta pesquisa foram o baixo número de mães de crianças com PEA que responderam ao inventário. Como considerações finais enfatiza-se a necessidade de mais investigações acerca do tema, visto a sua relevância, assim como, a importância de mais instrumentos disponíveis e aferidos para a população portuguesa, sendo estes importantes aliados no trabalho de detecção precoce. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This work was stimulated by the knowledge of the consequences that a diagnosis of autism causes in the life and in the family context of the child, perceiving as necessary, to foment discussions about the parental relationship and the psychic constitution of the child in the face of developmental problems. Thus, the main objective of this dissertation was to reflect on the importance of bonding relationships in the psychic development of the child associated with the reflection on the possible forms of early intervention in autism. In this study, concepts of Neurobiology of Binding and Psychoanalysis are used as theoretical basis. The practical component of the research consisted of a comparative analysis of the perception that the mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder and of mothers of children without diagnosis of developmental problems have their link with the child in order to systematize the similarities and differences between the two groups. This research is quantitative and qualitative, of an exploratory and comparative nature, which was developed through the participation of the mothers completing the Inventory of Perception of the Maternal Bond (IPVM). As a result of these studies, a small difference between the two groups of mothers was identified regarding the maternal perception of the linkage in relation to the child; however, a greater disparity was found between the responses of the factor corresponding to the interaction and affection of the mother to the child. It should be noted that the limiters of this research were the low number of mothers of children with autism who responded to the inventory. As final considerations, we emphasize the need for more research on the subject, given its relevance, as well as the importance of more instruments available and measured for the Portuguese population, being these important allies in the work of early detection. | pt_PT |
