Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho aborda conceitos inerentes ao consumo de drogas, relacionado com práticas criminosas, procurando a sua definição e classificação, o conceito de crime, assim como a correlação entre ambos. O consumo de drogas e as práticas criminosas exercidas, por parte dos sem-abrigo, constituem uma problemática real, sendo, por isso, uma preocupação emergente, uma vez que este grupo carece de apoio e sofrem fortes estigmas sociais. Considerou-se pertinente determinar a existência, não só de consumos, como também de práticas criminosas nos indivíduos sem-abrigo no feminino a fim de verificar a relação entre as duas ações: consumo e crime. Como instrumento desta determinação utilizou-se o método do inquérito com base nas técnicas da entrevista e do questionário, pretendendo-se contribuir para o melhor conhecimento sobre a complexidade da condição da mulher sem-abrigo e a sua relação com a droga-crime.
This work is about concepts related to drug consumption and to criminal activity and it aims to define the concept, its qualification, the concept of crime and the relationship between both concepts. The concept of drugs and criminal activity practiced by homeless people, is a real problem, so it is an emerging concern, as this group needs support and suffers from social prejudice. It is considered important to determine not only the existence of consumption but also the existence of criminal practice committed by female homeless to conclude the relation between these two actions: consumption and crime. Survey method, based on techniques of interview and questionnaire, was used as an instrument of this procedure, intending to contribute to the knowledge about the complexity of homeless women and their relationship with drug-crime.
