Abstract(s)
A vitimação e a delinquência são dois conceitos que abrangem uma panóplia de designações. Quando fundidas, estas conceções tornam-se muitas vezes incompreendidas e inaceitáveis por parte da população. Entendem-se como problemáticas que influenciam a qualidade de vida não só do agente mas de todos que o rodeiam.
O presente estudo tem em vista a compreensão do processo de vitimação do delinquente enquanto vítima de crime, bem como a perceção, do próprio, relativa a eventuais situações de vitimação vividas. Neste sentido, num primeiro momento realiza-se uma revisão da literatura sobre o fenómeno. Num segundo momento apresentar-se um projeto de um estudo a desenvolver futuramente, no âmbito da delinquência, mais especificamente no contexto da vitimação do delinquente.
The victimization and the delinquency are two concepts that contain a panoply of terms. When they are melted, these two conceptions become many times misunderstood and unacceptable by part of the population. They are perceived as problems that influence not only the subject’s quality of life but also everyone’s that is around him/her. This study aims at understanding the process of victimization of the delinquent as a victim of crime, as well as his/her perception of probable experienced victimization situations. Thus, in the first place it is shown a literature revision. Secondly, it is presented a study project, which will be developed in a near future, related to delinquency, specifically in the context of the delinquent’s victimization.
