Abstract(s)
The financial decisions of companies in developing economies require a more critical reflection of their conflicting aspects, requiring an adaptation to the reality of the business. The results obtained, through our sample of 19 elements, demonstrate that the employees had a new general perception within the expected, since they are all employees of the Department of Financial Administration of Lobito Port. However, there is a direct relationship between the work of the Department and the subject under study, which is clearly noticed in the questions of the specific themes. The highest success rate prevailed among administrators, directors and employees of this company. It is thus perceived that there is much difference of thinking in terms of financial decision and training and information of the financial system, but silence speaks louder so as not to jeopardize the functioning of the workers themselves in the same company. Finally, the study of our subject deserted, to a certain extent, the greater clarification of the financial decision made with the employees of Lobito Port - Angola. All respondents were very concerned about the problems of financial decisions, but few are actually involved in concrete actions linked to financial decision making. This study, therefore, makes it possible to propose an improvement in the financial decision information system of this company. Also, the dissemination of results and further training of the cadres in this area of financial management, although there is a vast knowledge, but is still little for a company with renowned in Africa. It is hoped, therefore, to provide greater understanding and involvement of the company in empowering its employees in the studies of financial management sciences.
