Abstract(s)
A presente dissertação de mestrado estuda o território difuso da freguesia de Aveleda com o propósito de conhecer as suas características e de identificar a estratégia com o fim de proporcionar maiores níveis de atratividade. Assim, o trabalho visa contribuir para: contextualizar, conceptualmente, o território difuso da freguesia de Aveleda; melhorando a compreensão do objeto de estudo em ambiente estratégico; de modo a promover melhorias na qualidade de vida da população.
O trabalho inicia com uma contextualização teórica, onde se analisam diversos desígnios territoriais – cidade, rural, periferia, urbano, difuso – além dos parâmetros morfológicos e aspetos sociais, conciliando com os elementos de atratividade. São também tratadas as temáticas da competitividade, em termos gerais, e da competitividade em território difuso, culminando num modelo capaz de contribuir para aumentar a atratividade territorial da freguesia de Aveleda.
Seguidamente, é feita a leitura do território de Aveleda atendendo às suas origens, dados demográficos, características do parque edificado e características das infraestruturas e mobilidade, com o propósito de gerir de forma mais eficiente a multiplicidade dos desafios que se colocam em prol da conquista da atratividade neste território difuso.
De seguida, a dissertação procura dar resposta ao conjunto de desafios identificados apresentando um conjunto de objetivos e medidas que se consideram adequados às condições particulares do território de Aveleda, o qual está enraizado nos pressupostos teóricos estudados anteriormente. Deste modo, em termos concretos, expõe-se um conjunto de 30 objetivos estratégicos que se dividem em 70 medidas de âmbito mais prático e específicas para Aveleda.
Por último, tendo em consideração todo o percurso de investigação realizado ao longo da dissertação, são apreendidas as respostas às principais questões que rotearam a elaboração da dissertação, assim como os desafios encontrados no seu percurso e novos caminhos de investigação.
This master's dissertation studies the diffuse territory of the parish of Aveleda to know its characteristics and identify the strategy to provide greater levels of attractiveness. Thus, the work aims to contribute to: conceptually contextualize the diffuse territory of the parish of Aveleda; improving the understanding of the object of study in a strategic environment; to promote improvements in the population's quality of life. The work begins with a theoretical contextualization where various territorial designs - city, rural, periphery, urban, diffuse - are analyzed in addition to the morphological parameters and social aspects, reconciling with the elements of attractiveness. In general terms the themes of competitiveness and competitiveness in diffuse territory are also dealt with culminating in a model capable of contributing to increase the territorial attractiveness of the parish of Aveleda. Then the territory of Aveleda is read taking into account its origins, demographic data, characteristics of the built park and characteristics of infrastructure and mobility to more efficiently manage the multiplicity of challenges that arise in favor of winning the attractiveness in this diffuse territory. Then the dissertation seeks to answer the set of challenges identified by presenting a set of objectives and measures which are considered adequate to the particular conditions of the territory of Aveleda that is rooted in the theoretical assumptions studied previously. In concrete terms is exposed a set of 30 strategic objectives divided into 70 more practical and specific measures for Aveleda. Finally, and taking into account the entire research path throughout the dissertation, are apprehended the answers to the main questions that guided the elaboration of this work as well as the challenges encountered and also new research paths.
