Abstract(s)
A complexidade das sociedades atuais exige que os indivíduos assumam um papel ativo
e produtivo. Perante esta necessidade, torna-se urgente que a escola implemente um
conjunto de estratégias e procedimentos, com vista à preparação de quadros técnicos,
com formação especializada, adequada às exigências de uma sociedade em mutação e a
um mundo empresarial assente na inovação. Assim, cabe à Escola delinear instrumentos
de Planeamento Estratégico que visem dar resposta às mudanças estratégicas e
promovam o espírito de iniciativa, ajustando-se, deste modo, às necessidades do
contexto em que se insere. Diante deste desafio, e com o objetivo de romper com uma
lógica de trabalho fragmentado, o projeto aqui apresentado, a desenvolver na Escola
Secundária D. Sancho I, em V. N. de Famalicão, propõe a criação de uma estrutura que,
de uma forma concertada e monitorizada, permita aos alunos e ex-alunos adquirirem as
competências necessárias para a sua inserção, ou reinserção, no mercado de trabalho;
permita ainda, a aproximação às empresas e instituições locais, assim como, promova o
espírito empreendedor. Tal projeto, a ser implementado ao longo do triénio 2016/2019,
visa a criação de um Gabinete de Estágios/Emprego e Empreendedorismo que
necessariamente será acompanhado da criação de três núcleos que o constituem, a saber:
Núcleo de Aproximação da Escola às Empresas; Núcleo do Observatório do Emprego e
Núcleo de Empreendedorismo e Inovação, rentabilizando os recursos humanos e
materiais de que a Escola dispõe.
The intricacy of today’s society demands that individuals take an active and productive role. Hence, it is vital that school implements a set of strategies and course of actions in order to prepare technical staff with specialized training, compatible with the difficulties of an ever-changing society and to a business world set upon constant innovation. Thus, it is up to schools to outline tools of Strategic Planning, which outline answers to strategic shifts and support a sense of initiative, adjusting itself to the background needs. In the face of this challenge, and with the main purpose of putting an end to fragmented work, the project, to be developed at D. Sancho I Secondary School, in V. N. de Famalicão, establishes the creation of a framework that, in a structured and supervised manner, will grant students and former students the acquisition of new skills aimed at their inclusion or reintegration in the labour market; it will also service as gateway for approaching business companies, local institutions as well as it will promote entrepreneurial spirit. This Project, to be implemented during the three-year-period 2016/2019, aspires to the creation of a Training/Jobs and Entrepreneurship Office which, in turn, will be accompanied by the setting of the three boards, those being: the School/Enterprise Interchanging Board; the Board for Job Survey and the Board for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, thus making a better use of the school´s human and material resources.
