| dc.description.abstract | A evolução dos implantes imediatos permitiu um novo paradigma na reabilitação de perdas dentarias unitárias pelo não desgaste dos dentes adjacentes (preparos) a perda e procedimentos concentrados em um único tempo cirúrgico, ou seja, no mesmo momento da exodontia, promove-se a instalação de um implante osteointegrável em um preparo feito diretamente no alvéolo de extração. Esta técnica favorece a manutenção da arquitetura do alvéolo, evitando o completo colapso das paredes ósseas que segue o processo de remodelação habitual, com o comprometimento da conformação do rebordo e arcabouço mucoso. Destaca-se ainda a redução no tempo de espera para a obtenção de uma reabilitação implanto suportada. O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar através de uma revisão de literatura, juntamente com técnicas atuais para favorecer a manutenção de papilas e contornos gengivais. | dc.description.abstract | The evolution of the immediate implants allowed a new paradigm in the rehabilitation of unitary tooth losses by not wearing the adjacent teeth (preparation) the loss and concentrated procedures in a single surgical time, that is, at the same time of the exodontia, the installation of An osteointegratable implant in a preparation made directly into the extraction well. This technique favors the maintenance of the architecture of the alveolus, avoiding the complete collapse of the bone walls that follows the usual remodeling process, with the compromise of the conformation of the ridge and mucosal framework. It stands out still the reduction the time of wait for the obtaining of a rehabilitation implant borne. The aim of this work was to analyse through a review of literature, jointly with current technicians to favour the maintenance of papillas and outlines gums.
