Abstract(s)
A evoluĆ§Ć£o dos implantes imediatos permitiu um novo paradigma na reabilitaĆ§Ć£o de
perdas dentarias unitĆ”rias pelo nĆ£o desgaste dos dentes adjacentes (preparos) a perda e
procedimentos concentrados em um Ćŗnico tempo cirĆŗrgico, ou seja, no mesmo momento
da exodontia, promove-se a instalaĆ§Ć£o de um implante osteointegrĆ”vel em um preparo
feito diretamente no alvĆ©olo de extraĆ§Ć£o. Esta tĆ©cnica favorece a manutenĆ§Ć£o da
arquitetura do alvĆ©olo, evitando o completo colapso das paredes Ć³sseas que segue o
processo de remodelaĆ§Ć£o habitual, com o comprometimento da conformaĆ§Ć£o do rebordo
e arcabouƧo mucoso.
Destaca-se ainda a reduĆ§Ć£o no tempo de espera para a obtenĆ§Ć£o de uma reabilitaĆ§Ć£o
implanto suportada. O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar atravĆ©s de uma revisĆ£o de
literatura, juntamente com tĆ©cnicas atuais para favorecer a manutenĆ§Ć£o de papilas e
contornos gengivais. Foi avaliado o conceito de implantaĆ§Ć£o imediata, assim como, os
prĆ©-requisitos bĆ”sicos para a realizaĆ§Ć£o da tĆ©cnica.
The evolution of the immediate implants allowed a new paradigm in the rehabilitation of unitary tooth losses by not wearing the adjacent teeth (preparation) the loss and concentrated procedures in a single surgical time, that is, at the same time of the exodontia, the installation of An osteointegratable implant in a preparation made directly into the extraction well. This technique favors the maintenance of the architecture of the alveolus, avoiding the complete collapse of the bone walls that follows the usual remodeling process, with the compromise of the conformation of the ridge and mucosal framework. It stands out still the reduction the time of wait for the obtaining of a rehabilitation implant borne. The aim of this work was to analyse through a review of literature, jointly with current technicians to favour the maintenance of papillas and outlines gums. It was evaluated the concept of immediate implantation, as well as, the basic requirements for the realisation of the technician.
