| dc.description.abstract | Este projeto, com o título “Violência Doméstica e Intervenção em Agressores”, procura perceber algumas das causas que levam à consumação deste crime, bem como encontrar formas de intervir face ao mesmo. No presente projeto, é possível observar vários fatores relacionados com a violência doméstica, através de pesquisas realizadas e que podem ajudar a filtrar alguns dos principais problemas com os quais nos deparámos no combate a ela. Será possível, também, entender o quadro jurídico-legal atribuído ao Crime de Violência Doméstica, bem como os locais aos quais é possível recorrer para pedir informações ou apresentar queixa. Tendo em conta que se trata dum trabalho mais centrado nos agressores, serão apresentados dois programas de intervenção em agressores conjugais, depois será feita uma análise dos mesmos, de forma a esclarecer do que se trata quando nos referimos a planos de intervenção em agressores de violência doméstica. Finalmente, na componente prática, será planificado um plano de intervenção que poderá, possivelmente, ser realizado futuramente, contribuindo para o combate à violência doméstica, através da intervenção junto dos agressores, na procura de alterar as suas condutas violentas. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | In this Project, with the title “Domestic Violence and Intervention in Aggressors”, tries to realize same of the causes that lead to the consummation of this crime, as well as to find forms to intervence to some thing. In the present project, it is possible observe several factors connected with the domestic violence, through fulfied inquiries and that can help to the filter some of the main problems which we came across in the combat to him. It will be possible, also, to understanding the legal-legal picture attributed to the Crime of Domestic Violence, as well as the places to which it is possible to resort to ask informations or to present complaint. Taking into account what is treated as a work more centered in the aggressors; two intervention programs will be presented in conjugal aggressors, then an analysis will be done of same, in the form to be explained of what is treated when we refer to intervention plans in aggressors of domestic violence. Finally, in component practice, there will be planned out a plan of intervention that will be able to be carried out, possibly, in the future, contributing to the combat to the domestic violence, through the intervention next to the aggressors, in the search of altering their violent conducts. | pt_PT |
