Abstract(s)
O presente projeto de graduação “Abordagem criminológica sobre o consumo de bebidas alcoólicas” tem como objetivo compreender as consequências e problemas acarretados pelo consumo de bebidas alcoólicas, procurando efetuar uma revisão sobre as políticas jurídicas portuguesas no âmbito deste.
Revê-se na literatura científica todo conhecimento anteriormente datado por outros autores anteriores à elaboração do presente estudo. Mediante a mesma pode a problemática em questão ser conhecida e explorada em diversas vertentes (e.g. saúde, social, etc.). Pretende-se conhecer e compreender as consequências provocadas por este tipo de consumo, os fatores que promovam o seu consumo e os diferentes tipos de vítimas por si desenvolvidas por dano projetado.
Revê-se por igual necessário a aplicação de uma análise documental sobre as políticas jurídico-governamentais atualmente em vigor no nosso país. Pretende-se, mediante a aplicação da supra identificada metodologia, analisar os enquadros legais portugueses no controlo do consumo excessivo de bebidas alcoólicas. Pretende-se, também, compreender os conhecimentos dos enquadros legais portugueses em matéria do consumo de álcool (e.g. efeitos, consequências, etc.).
A análise do relatório situacional anual em matéria de álcool compreende-se dentro deste tipo de enquadramento de abordagem empírica.
Dada a complexidade de estudo da problemática identificada, o atual projeto revê em si a necessidade de aplicação de dois enquadramentos principais de diferentes metodologias (teórica e de análise documental), a fim de alcançar as devidas conclusões de estudo.
The present graduation project “Criminological approach to the consumption of alcoholic beverages” aims to understand the consequences and issues arising from the consumption of alcoholic beverages, seeking to carry out a review of Portuguese legal policies in this regard. The scientific literature reviews all knowledge previously dated by other authors prior to the preparation of this study. Through it, the issue in question can be known and explored from various angles (e.g. health, social, etc.). The aim is to understand and comprehend the consequences caused by this type of consumption, the factors that promote its consumption, and the different types of victims resulting from projected harm. It is equally necessary to apply a documentary analysis of the currently in-force legal-governmental policies in our country. The aim is, through the application of the aforementioned methodology, to analyze the Portuguese legal frameworks regarding the control of excessive alcohol consumption. It is also intended to understand the knowledge of the Portuguese legal frameworks concerning alcohol consumption (e.g. effects, consequences, etc.) The analysis of the annual situational report on alcohol falls within this type of empirical approach framework. Given the complexity of studying the identified issues, the current project recognizes the need to apply two main frameworks of different methodologies (theoretical and documentary analysis) in order to reach the appropriate study conclusions.
