Abstract(s)
A Educação Especial tem um papel fundamental na formação dos alunos com necessidades especiais, principalmente aqueles que, quanto a idades, estão aptos para ser inseridos no mercado de trabalho. Segundo a lei 8213/91, conhecida como lei de cotas para os deficientes no mercado de trabalho. Em seu artigo 93, há a garantia de 2 a 5% das vagas para os deficientes intelectuais ou físicos em proporção a 100 trabalhadores. Diante disto, tem-se a seguinte pergunta: Qual o papel desempenhado pela escola para o recrutamento de pessoas com necessidades especiais na inserção no mercado de trabalho?
Para responder a essa pergunta, a investigação tem como objetivo geral: Realizar o diagnóstico na cidade de Campo Grande – MS, Brasil, sobre o papel da Educação Especial na demanda do aluno com necessidades especiais no mercado de trabalho em empresas, pesquisando o desenvolvimento e a sistematização de cursos de qualificação profissional compatíveis com as necessidades locais e com o potencial dos jovens, de modo a ampliar-lhes as chances de inclusão social por meio do trabalho, emprego e renda, focando nas necessidades de cada indivíduo e de suas famílias. A investigação teve como desenho metodológico o estudo de caso, sendo a pesquisa documental, com o foco na APAE de Campo Grande e o trabalho que ela desenvolve com os alunos com necessidades especiais que buscam a sua inserção no trabalho.
Os resultados demonstraram a necessidade de criação de políticas públicas voltadas para a formação continuada dos alunos com NEE para a inserção no mercado de trabalho e também, com a necessidade da criação de um banco de dados para futuras demandas de ofertas de trabalho e para o conhecimento do mercado e as exigências quanto a formação desses novos profissionais.

In view of this, the following question arises: What is the role played by the school in recruiting people with special needs in the labor market? To answer this question, the investigation has the general objective: To carry out a diagnosis in the city of Campo Grande - MS, Brazil, on the role of Special Education in the demand of students with special needs in the job market in companies, researching the development and the systematization of professional qualification courses compatible with local needs and with the potential of young people, in order to increase their chances of social inclusion through work, employment and income, focusing on the needs of each individual and their families. The investigation had as methodological design the case study, being the documental research, with a focus on APAE Campo Grande and the work it develops with students with special needs who seek their insertion in the work. The results demonstrated the need to create public policies aimed at the continuing education of students with SEN for entry into the labor market and also the need to create a database for future demands for job offers and for knowledge market and the requirements regarding the training of these new professionals.
