Abstract(s)
Conclusão: A reconstrução do
desportiva.
Objective: This review aims to analyze the different clinical and functional results achieved after a surgical reconstruction of the ACL using the patellar and semitendinosus/gracilis grafts in the rehabilitation and return to sports activities processes. Methodology: A computerized research was carried out in the PubMed, Web of Science and EBSCO- Academic Search Complete databases in order to identify randomized controlled studies that compared the clinical results of patellar and semitendinosus/gracilis tendon grafts in an ACL ligamentplasty, after a minimum period of 2 years follow-up, in publications between 2010 and 2020. Results: 7 randomized clinical studies were included in this review, involving 714 individuals with a methodological classification of 8.2 out of 10 on the PEDro scale, comparing the different grafts through the implementation of different rehabilitation programs and assessment parameters. Conclusion: ACL reconstruction using patellar and semitendinosus grafts presents effective and similar results and guarantees a safe and eficient return of the patient to his sports activity.
