Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho resulta de uma experiência de estágio curricular numa comissão de proteção de crianças e jovens e visa planificar um estudo com vista a examinar o ciclo de violência perpetrada contra crianças e jovens por parte de nove progenitores, eles próprios sinalizados, quando crianças e/ou jovens, a uma comissão de proteção de crianças e jovens.
O estudo prevê a aplicação de um guião de entrevista semi-estruturada, a aplicar na forma semi-diretiva, aos progenitores identificados, pretendendo-se identificar o momento da sinalização, a perceção destes sobre as suas (in) competências parentais, e, ainda, uma refletir em relação às mudanças antes e após a intervenção.
Espera-se que os progenitores correspondam às expectativas do entrevistador, nomeadamente no sentido de cooperarem e se mostrarem flexíveis quanto às questões propostas, tornando possível um diálogo construtivo que os faça desvendar algumas informações que se possam interrelacionar.
The present work is the result of a curricular traineeship experience in a commission for children’s protection and prevention and aims to plan a study to examine the cycle of violence perpetrated against children and young people by nine parents, signaled themselves, as children and/or young people, to the same commission. The study predict the application of a semi-structured interview script, to be applied semi-directive, to the identified parents, aiming to identify the moment of signaling, their perception of their parental (in) abilities, and a reflection on the changes before and after the intervention. Parents are predicted to match the expectations of the interviewer, in particular to cooperate and be flexible on the proposed issues, making possible a constructive dialogue that will uncover some interrelated information.
