O agente infiltrado como meio de obtenção de prova na investigação criminal tem sido objeto de estudo e assunto para debates contraditórios ao longo do tempo, tendo sido regulamentada a sua atuação em maior parte dos países, não sendo Portugal uma exceção, contudo pouco se sabe sobre a sua atuação em Portugal no combate à criminalidade organizada. Compreender a atuação do agente infiltrado em Portugal, assim como a sua utilização no combate ao crime organizado são os objetivos iniciais deste Projeto, passando também por descobrir quais os maiores problemas adjacentes à utilização desta figura no combate a um crime em crescente evolução e desenvolvimento.
The undercover agent as a way of obtaining proof in criminal investigation has been the subject of study and a topic for contradictory debates throughout time, having been regulated their activities in the majority of countries and Portugal is not exception, however little is known about his activity in Portugal to combat organised crime. Understanding the work of undercover agent in Portugal, as well as its use in fighting organised crime are the initial goals of this project, also going to discover what common problems are adjacent to this figure by using it to fight a crime in an increasing evolution and development.
