Abstract(s)
Objetivo: Analisar a satisfação com os serviços de fisioterapia na clínica pedagógica da Universidade Fernando Pessoa (CP – UFP) e do Hospital – Escola Fernando Pessoa (HE – UFP). Metodologia: A amostra foi constituída por um grupo de 115 indivíduos adultos (idade ≥ 18 anos), que se encontravam a frequentar os serviços de fisioterapia na CPF – UFP e no HE – UFP. Para avaliar o grau de satisfação dos participantes foi utilizado o Questionário de Satisfação do doente ambulatório de fisioterapia (PTOPS), no período de 24 de Agosto a 24 de Setembro. Resultados: Os participantes estão satisfeitos com o modelo de atendimento, independentemente de o contexto ser no HE – UFP ou na CPF – UFP. Na dimensão insatisfação, os participantes do HE – UFP demonstram maior insatisfação com os serviços de fisioterapia versus CP – UFP. A diferença encontrada entre ambos os locais é estatisticamente significativa (p≤0,05). Na dimensão localização os participantes do HE – UFP estão mais satisfeitos com a localização (p≤0,05). Conclusão: Podemos concluir que os participantes estão satisfeitos com os serviços de fisioterapia nos cuidados de saúde hospitalares e clínica – pedagógica.

In dissatisfaction variable HE – UFP demonstrated greater dissatisfaction with physiotherapy services versus CP – UFP (p≤0,05). In localization variable HE – UFP are more satisfied with the location (p≤0,05). Conclusions: We can conclude that the participants are satisfied with the physiotherapy services in hospital health care and pedagogical clinic.
