dc.description.abstract	Este trabalho constitui um estudo que visa analisar o tema da democracia nas empresas através da integração dos trabalhadores nas decisões estratégicas das empresas, com base na experiência prática dos trabalhadores que trabalham em estruturas cooperativas de produção auto-geridas. Os seus principais objectivos são analisar o grau de sensibilização dos empregados para o impacto da sua participação nas decisões estratégicas da empresa. Depois, para analisar o grau de consciência dos empregados sobre os desafios e desafios que a nossa sociedade humana vai enfrentar. O estudo consiste de uma primeira parte teórica sobre o tema da análise da estrutura organizacional da empresa tradicional em França. Depois, uma análise da Lei PACTE, dos seus objectivos, das perspectivas de transformação das empresas francesas, bem como uma definição de SCOP de autogestão. A segunda parte é apoiada por um inquérito qualitativo sobre a percepção dos empregados deste tipo de empresas auto-geridas sobre questões relacionadas com a propriedade e governação da empresa; a lei PACTE, o lugar da empresa na sociedade e a empresa política. Este estudo destaca o potencial de inovação encontrado nestas empresas auto-geridas e o seu desejo de lutar, na sua própria escala, contra as questões e desafios ambientais e sociais que a nossa sociedade enfrenta. Finalmente, este estudo abre o caminho para mais investigação científica sobre estas empresas, o seu modo de funcionamento e a possibilidade que oferecem aos seus empregados de se emanciparem.	por
dc.description.abstract	This work constitutes a study which aims to analyse the theme of democracy in the enterprise through the integration of employees in strategic decisions of the enterprise, based on the practical experience of employees working in self-managed production cooperative structures. The dissertation main objectives are to analyse the degree of employee awareness of the impact of their participation in the strategic decisions of the company. Then, to analyse the degree of employee awareness of the issues and challenges that our human society is bound to face. The study consists of a first theoretical part on the theme of the analysis of the organisational structure of the traditional company in France. Then an analysis of the PACTE Law, its objectives, the perspectives of transformation of French companies as well as a definition of self-managing SCOP. The second part is supported by a qualitative survey on the perceptions of employees of these types of self-managing enterprises on issues related to enterprise ownership and governance; the PACTE law, the place of the enterprise in society and the political enterprise. This study highlights the potential for innovation found in these self-managed enterprises and their willingness to fight, on their own scale, against the environmental and social issues and challenges facing our society. Finally, this study opens the way for further scientific research into these enterprises, their mode of operation and the possibility they offer their employees to become emancipated.	eng
