| dc.description.abstract | O abuso sexual de crianças Ă© um crime que ocorre ininterruptamente, tendo este um impacto nas vĂtimas seriamente horripilantes. Este fenĂłmeno Ă© uma problemĂĄtica social e de saĂșde pĂșblica. O abuso sexual continua a ser uma forma de mau trato que permanece oculta e, muitas vezes, nĂŁo Ă© denunciada. Este ocorre, maioritariamente, no seio familiar. Destaca-se, a necessidade de prevenir este fenĂłmeno, sendo imprescindĂvel, preliminarmente conhecer os fatores de risco inerentes ao delito, atuar com os reclusos neste Ăąmbito de modo a que nĂŁo reincidam. Com a finalidade de compreender se os programas implementados a estes reclusos sĂŁo eficientes, se estes nĂŁo reincidem, nada melhor do que a elaboração de estatĂsticas de reincidĂȘncia para o crime de abuso sexual de menores. Ă precisamente a elaboração destas estatĂsticas supramencionadas, a proposta de investigação do presente projeto. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Sexual abuse of children is a crime that occurs continuously, with a horrifying impact on the victims. This phenomenon is a social and public health issue. Sexual abuse remains a form of ill-treatment that remains hidden and is often not reported. This occurs mainly in family units. It is important to highlight the need to prevent this phenomenon, starting from knowing the risk factors inherent to the crime and rehabilitating child abuse inmates so that they do not recur the crime. With the finality to understand if the implemented programs to these prisioners are efficient, if they donât relapse, thereâs nothing better than the elaboration of the recidivism statistics to the crime of child sexual abuse. Itâs precisely the elaboration of this statistics mentioned above, the investigation proposal for this project. | pt_PT |
