Abstract(s)

Cada vez mais a tecnologia invade os edifícios sob variadas formas, com as mais diversas funções e objectivos, mas sempre com o propósito de melhorar a qualidade de vida do utilizador. Neste trabalho aborda-se esta temática do ponto de vista da climatização natural do edifício, focando na sua fachada e nos sistemas integrados que permitem o seu controlo e gestão, associando o conceito de pele biológica ao tema da pele artificial, tecnológica e estabelecendo um paralelismo entre ambas. Increasingly nowadays technology invades buildings under varied forms, presenting the most diverse functions and objectives, always with the intention of improving the user’s life quality. In this work the approach to this theme focus on the perspective of natural control of the interior environment of the building, focusing on its façade and the integrated systems that allow its control and management, associating the concept of biological skin to the subject of the artificial, technological skin and establishing a parallelism between both.
